11月8日，杭州未来城政府领导、IDG及霍恩基金等知名投资机构、映墨科技等虚拟现实产业明星以及以睇楼科技为代表的一众业内创业新星齐聚杭州梦想小镇，共同见证虚拟现实体验联盟杭州站挂牌揭幕仪式。
虚拟现实体验联盟由虚拟现实投资领域领先投资机构霍恩基金、全国最大VR体验店连锁玖的VR、最大的VR垂直媒体黑匣网以及最大的连锁孵化器创客街等公司共同发起，并已吸纳虚拟现实领域内上百家硬件厂商、连锁体验店、垂直媒体、内容商以及风投资本的加入，旨在围绕虚拟现实体验产业，整合上下游资源进行全产业链孵化VR/AR项目，以助力中国VR/AR产业发展。
联盟全称为虚拟现实体验联盟，Virtual Reality Experience Alliance（VREA）。是从事虚拟现实产业（VR/AR）的企业自愿结成的行业性、非营利性团体。（联盟微信公众号为“虚拟现实体验联盟”）
联盟的宗旨为整合虚拟现实产业链，实现资源互补、相互成就，进而推动全产业发展。目标是整合虚拟现实全产业链，对创新创业公司提供包括资本、硬件配套、分发渠道、媒体及办公服务在内的覆盖全国全方位的孵化服务，进而大大提高创新创业成功率。
联盟辐射全国，陆续在杭州、广州、深圳、南京、苏州、厦门、福州、成都及重庆九大城市落地挂牌，并结合各地产业优势形成产业聚集区，利用虚拟现实腾飞的契机带动当地相关产业迅猛发展。

On November 8, the government leaders of Hangzhou, IDG, Horn Fund and other famous investment institutions and virtual reality technology industries gathered at Hangzhou and witnessed the grand opening of Virtual Reality Experience Alliance (VREA).
VREA is founded by Horn Fund (the leading investment institution in virtual reality field), Nined VR (the largest VR experience chain store in China), heix.com (the biggest VR media network in China) as well as Market Street (the largest chain incubator in China). Hundreds of VR related companies cooperated and push the development the VR industry of China.
VREA is a voluntary and non-profit organization engaged in the virtual reality (VR/AR) industry (WeChat Official Account: Virtual Reality Experience Alliance).
VREA aims at promoting cooperation and developing the VR industry of China.
VREA will set up branches in Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing in order to combine VR with local industries and achieve the rapid development of VR industry.
